5.2 Purchases

You may have the option to purchase Virtual Currency or Virtual Items with real money. All such purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

5.3 Account Balance

Virtual Currency and Virtual Items are tied to your Account and are not transferable. If your Account is terminated for any reason, you will lose all Virtual Currency and Virtual Items associated with that Account.

• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Collecting or harvesting data from the Services without permission
• Using the Services to send unsolicited communications

• Engaging in any activity that could harm other users or our reputation
